WatchOS 6 released for Apple Watch Series 1 and Series 2

WatchOS 6 became available to Apple smartwatch users in September 2019. But then the owners of the Apple Watch Series 3 got a new operating system, Series 4 and Series 5.

Owners of older models, Apple Watch Series 1 or Series 2 release became available only at the end of October.

Previously, Apple officially announced watchOS 6 support as the first two smartwatch models. That’s just a reservation, that not all functions of the new operating system will be available on older devices.
